About this gathering

The September Family Beach Day is intentionally simple: one relaxed morning on the sand where homeschool families along the Emerald Coast can finally meet each other face-to-face.

There’s no agenda beyond connection. Families check in, kids jump into field-day games together, parents chat over coffee and beach chairs, and everyone shares a sack lunch looking out at the Gulf. If your family has been looking for an easy, low-pressure way to find homeschool community — this is it.

Who it's for

Homeschool families of all ages, from preschoolers to high schoolers. New to homeschooling? This is the perfect first event.

Questions families ask

Who can come?

Any homeschool family along the Emerald Coast — from Navarre to Santa Rosa Beach and everywhere in between. Whether you're brand new to homeschooling or a longtime veteran, you're welcome.

Do my kids need to be a certain age?

Not at all. Games are designed for families to play together, and little ones are welcome to simply enjoy the beach.

What does it cost?

We'll confirm the final details soon — our goal is to keep this gathering as accessible as possible for every family.

I don't know anyone. Will it be awkward?

That's exactly why this event exists! Check-in comes with name tags, games mix families together naturally, and our volunteers make sure no one stands alone.
